Good Service can be created by understanding people
What day is today?
It's a suck day of them? or of us?
chit service that I found today, what happen with service person nowaday.
Service people should have focus on his or her task.
The first one, I would like to cancel my internet service from one of the big mobile service operator.
The system turn-down, we can't answer you when the process finish.
if you would like request this service, I have to go to other shop in other department store.
That means I have to take a bus to go the place where is located far from here around 20 kilometers.
otherwise I have to request taking leave from my boss again!!!
sorry for this CEO of this service operator company, this is your service team? sorry, there is logical thinking of them? all of staff in this shop including manager of this branch, she told me she can't.
so I called to Call Center, she told me to let call to shop manager, I send my mobile to "the male staff" who drive me to other shop outside. He told his manager to handle this and no apologize or take any responsibility.
I called Call Center to help to call 911 for me first, because I think after this, they may fight with me. finally, I speak with them so loud because of my anger and other people look at me. They found same problem with me. but they accept to go other place.
but I can't accept
1) I request cancel my mobile no. for almost a year but this operating company reject and told me I have to go to the headquarter of this company only or this department store only. I told them my home is far from both, what should I do? they said we cannot do anything. This is the policy!!
2) I paid my money every month till now but no use this number. I need to cancel but why you reject the requirement of customer. illegal?? you stole my money for a long long time.
3) your service staff in branch, the same quality, they told me "You (customer) should understand us" service problem but not understand about RUDE service of your staff to chase me to other shop. it look like swipe "the mess" out of your eyesight.
I told her I understand about her shop service system turn-down but I don't understand about option or solution that you should to provide to her/ his customer.
please think about this and "Put yourself in other people's shoes"

4) Service person is hired for serving customer, not yell or shout to customer. Please authorized person or related department or related person, help to fix this. because you will let a person who has bad qualification or bad attitude to society and create creature in service.

anyway, that day, I taught her about service and attitude to understand people.
I'm sure I'd like to give a chance to people or to my staff.
but please trust me, if the person like this stay with me in my company, Fired, they will.
That's the reason why the AI should be used for service staff replacement.
I'd rather trust my CEO about this idea.
If I found the service person like them very often.
I'm guarantee I will use AI instead of you surely.

I will mean with service staff from this company,
I will reject all staff from this company to join with me.
